Prairie Comfort Home Care is looking for motivated individuals from all backgrounds and cultures who are active within their communities and enjoy connecting with people.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have strong community connections and can help raise awareness of our home care services through local events, cultural organizations, faith groups, senior groups, and other community gatherings.
What You'll Do
- Promote Prairie Comfort Home Care within your community.
- Attend or help organize community events and information sessions.
- Build relationships with seniors, families, and local organizations.
- Share information about our services using training and materials provided by our team.
- Generate referrals and help families connect with our care coordinators.
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals.
- People who are active within their communities and have strong local connections.
- Individuals who participate in cultural organizations, churches, temples, mosques, community leagues, senior groups, or other associations.
- Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or community involvement is an asset but not required.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- Primarily commission-based with flexible hours.
- Opportunity to earn additional incentives and bonuses.
- Training, scripts, and marketing materials provided.
