We are seeking a dedicated Camp Cook to join our team in. Based at our High Prairie location, the Camp Cook will prepare nutritious meals for our crew, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role is vital in maintaining the well-being and morale of our team while supporting our company's commitment to safety and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and safety standards.
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure health standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Ensure timely meal service for crew members.
- Assist in setting up dining areas and clean up after meals.
- Support overall camp operations as required.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in a camp or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or requirements.
