Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Counter Sales professional for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with an established full-line electrical distributor serving commercial, industrial, and residential customers. This role is based at the Barrie branch and is ideal for someone with current electrical wholesale or distributor counter sales experience who enjoys working directly with electrical contractors and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders at the counter and over the phone in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
- Serve electrical contractors and trade customers with courteous, polished, and knowledgeable support.
- Provide technical assistance and product guidance on electrical materials and components.
- Coordinate order picking, order assembly, and delivery scheduling to support customer needs.
- Assist with pricing discussions and work with Sales Managers when negotiation or approval is required.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while handling multiple customer requests and order priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
