Job Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Services Coordinator, you play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for all users. You perform a variety of maintenance, snow removal, and material handling tasks to support the technical teams and the IRCM’s daily operations.
Responsibilities

Clean and clear snow from entrances and access points to ensure user safety.

Perform periodic maintenance tasks that do not require a skilled trades classification.

Replace or assist with the receipt of goods as needed.

Assist the carpenter, plumber, or electrician during internal construction, renovation, or maintenance work, at the request of the maintenance services coordinator.

Ensure the general cleanliness and good condition of the premises, both inside and around the IRCM.

Perform any other related tasks associated with the role.
What You Bring to the Table
Essential Requirements
-
High school diploma.
-
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a day laborer or in a similar role.

Good stamina and physical fitness, and the ability to perform a variety of manual tasks.
Desired Skills
-
Experience in carpentry, painting, or interior renovations (required).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Functional bilingualism (French, English).
