Core Function:
Provide efficient and reliable RGI calculation to Chinese Evergreen's Social Housing Program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, efficient and reliable RGI calculation to the Chinese Evergreen Non-Profit Homes
- Provide friendly, courteous informative telephone and reception services
- Answer enquiry on application of Social Housing
- Maintain accurate data, statistics and client information in accordance with Program's requirement
- Order and maintain accurate inventory of supplies and equipment for the Program
- Relay accurate messages among team members
- Collect rent, monitor rent payment records, pursuit of rent payment and take action on putting rent defulter to Landlord and Tenant Board for eviction
- Comply with risk management policy for health and safety and infection control
- Update notice board and ensure information posted is up-to-date
- Assist in the mass programs/activities of Chinese Evergreen Non-Profit Homes
- Confirmation of applicants' Chinese original for their application of mandatory housing unit
- Offer assistance in the operations of Residents Association
- Receive enquiries and requests for repairs and to ensure that prompt repair be carried out on these work requests
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Completed high school education; Housing Management/Condominium training an asset
- Minimum 3 year clerical or secretarial experience; Experience in RGI calculation a must
- Strong computer ability using Microsoft Office Suites for letter and notice preparation
- Knowledge and experience in office administration an asset
- Community Development Skills and Experience in running program
- Good interpersonal skillls with pleasant and friendly manner
- Good oral and written communication skills both in English, Chinese as well as Mandarin
