The Role
As our Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and publishing high-quality content across our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube. Your content will help us build brand awareness, engage our community, and drive meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube), including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent publishing.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future content.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in content creation.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Mandatory. Applicants without German language skills will not be considered.
- Proven experience in creating digital content for social media or other platforms (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and German.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with video production, scripting, or motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
