Home Care Assistance Edmonton is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) & Registered Nurses (RN) to assist clients in a Facility setting In Red Deer , AB and surrounding area's. Providing safe, quality centered care to our client’s they are to reflect our shared vision and values of Home Care Assistance Edmonton. The Licensed Practical Nurse is to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to competently provide direct care within their scope of practice. You will be responsible for implementation and evaluation of safe, quality care following policies & guidelines. You will be Working within a multidisciplinary team of compassionate & dedicated office team employees, you will utilize your critical thinking, while demonstrating a professional, positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, you will also have the ability to respond appropriately to a patient’s change in status and prioritize conflicting demands.
Candidate must be living in the Red Deer Area
Skills Required: The ability to balance numerous demands and conflicting priorities is essential. The candidate must be able to problem solve situations in a complex environment, work effectively within a team or independent setting and provide excellent communication skills, compassionate, caring attitude and attention to detail is required.
