Overview
Orangeville Kia is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Manager to lead our growing dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dealership operations and customer service. This role is vital in ensuring efficient parts inventory management, exceptional customer satisfaction, and seamless service operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven hands-on automotive leader who works well in a fast-paces environment and is results driven. The Service & Parts Manager will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing vendor relationships, and supporting overall dealership profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive the department's profitabiltiy while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labour sales, technician productivity, reconditioning turnaround times and customer retention.
- Manage manufacturer warranty claims with timely submissions
- Manage the Parts department ensuring proper inventory or fast moving parts and maintaining minimal obsolesence.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting issues related to parts or service processes
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of service operations and parts management
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service and parts department experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's licence with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Kia dealership experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
