Job Summary
All-Out Burger in Kanata is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our vibrant food service team. We are hiring for front of house and back of house positions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Cook and assemble menu items, including burgers, fries, and other fast-food offerings
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas
- Maintain proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers both in-house and for takeout/delivery services
- Follow all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to uphold hygiene standards
Skills
- Previous experience in serving or food preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques are advantageous
- Experience working in the food industry or kitchen environment is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to follow safety protocols and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
