For over 100 years, Disbrowe Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac has proudly served Elgin County as a trusted, family-owned, and operated dealership. To replace for a retirement of a seasoned General Sales Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager or General Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven automotive professional to step into a well-established dealership with a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and experienced team. You will work alongside experienced Sales Managers, Finance & Insurance professionals, and a talented group of sales consultants committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Drive new and used vehicle sales and leasing opportunities
- Oversee desking, deal structure, and sales process management
- Support inventory management for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Collaborate on digital marketing and customer retention initiatives
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Ensure a customer-focused, process-driven sales culture

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales management
- Strong background in new and used vehicle sales and leasing
- Desking and deal structure experience
- Knowledge of F&I operations
- Inventory management experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM/customer retention strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop sales teams
