Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, physically fit and hardworking Labourers to support active project sites across British Columbia. This role is physically demanding, hands-on work that requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and consistently meeting high work standards in fast-paced, changing environments. The role is best suited for individuals who take pride in hard work, follow direction, and show up ready to contribute every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties to support site operations and environmental management plans
- Load, unload, move, and assist with installation of materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures—no shortcuts
- Work closely with crew members and trades to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately
Requirements
- Valid OFA1 (Occupational First Aid Level 1) or Basic First Aid certification
- Valid Class 7N or 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test (pre-employment screening required)
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive, physically demanding work and 12-hour shifts
Willingness to work a 14 days on / 14 days off (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) rotation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Remote, project-based locations requiring travel and camp stays
