Gmail and office email management
General administrative support
Filing, document organization, and binder preparation
Assisting with BC bid submissions and tender administration
Creating and distributing invoices and reminder notices
Maintaining business licenses and employee course records
Safety & Compliance Platforms
Experience with or willingness to learn:
ISN Network (Fortis/Mercer)
Avetta (Teck)
Alcumus / ContractorCheck (BC Hydro)
Safe Contractor
COR Certification systems
SiteDocs
Financial & Accounting Support
Collecting and reviewing employee timecards
Forwarding payroll information to accounting
Maintaining invoice logs and supplier expense logs
Tracking project expenses by project/job number
Assisting with deposits and payment collection
E-deposit processing
Reconciling bank, credit card, and line of credit statements
Assisting with Moneris payment collection
Reimbursing employee and supplier expenses
Operations Support
Assisting with BC1 and utility locate documentation
Creating superintendent binders and project documentation
Maintaining vehicle and equipment maintenance logs
Maintaining insurance and COI records
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Gmail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience with bookkeeping/accounting administration is an asset
Experience in construction or industrial administration preferred
