We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapists to join our healthcare team.
*There is one full time in-office and remote position.
*Plus a remote only position.
The ideal candidate will provide specialized mental health services, supporting patients across diverse age groups, including adolescents.
The in office role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Remote work also requires through team coordination and communication.
Duties
- Conduct individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment care plans based on clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support for clients with special needs, neurodivergency and complex diagnosis.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
Skills
- Proven experience working in clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies relevant to mental health practice
- Familiarity with software case management, and privacy regulations concerning data collection techniques.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to mental health.
- Experience working with individuals or behavioral support (including addictions).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
