General Labour / Warehouse Associate - Rotating Continental Shifts
Staff Plus is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a long-term opportunity within a manufacturing and distribution facility.
This position operates on a 12-hour Continental rotating schedule, requiring candidates to work days, nights, and every second weekend. Applicants must be available for all shifts.
Shift Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Rotating schedule: 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights
- Every second weekend required
- 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the following week
- Average of 42 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Feed and remove product from automated production equipment
- Pack finished product onto skids and pallets
- Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
- Order picking and product handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 30-40 lbs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attendance record and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
