About Superior Roofing
Superior Roofing Ltd. is one of Alberta’s fastest-growing roofing and exterior contractors, specializing in commercial roofing, residential roofing, insurance restoration, emergency repairs, and new construction. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing and restoration projects from award through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial, residential, and insurance restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
- Schedule projects and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and final walkthroughs.
- Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and insurance documents.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and job costing.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, consultants, and general contractors.
- Oversee emergency repair and restoration projects.
- Track deficiencies and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or insurance claims.
- Experience managing insurance restoration projects is required.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial roofing systems.
- Experience working with insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, and claim-related documentation is considered a major asset.
- Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, SBS, shingles, standing seam metal, and building envelope systems.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Experience
- Insurance claim management and restoration estimating.
- Experience with Xactimate, Exact Analysis, Symbility, or similar estimating platforms.
- Water, wind, hail, and fire restoration projects.
- Multi-family, condominium, and commercial roofing projects.
- Customer service and conflict resolution.
