POSITION: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

ServcoCanada is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Regina Office.

As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Greets employees and customers on arrival
- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls
- Receives, sorts, and distributes daily deliveries/picks up mail from postal outlet
- Coordinates meetings including preparing meeting room and taking minutes
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring office is kept organized and orderly
- Provide backup to Project Administrator with various tasks such as creation of purchase orders, receiving purchase orders, Accounts Payable inquiries and project closures
- Support various departments within the company when required
- Other duties as assigned
The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:
- Self-motivated and proven team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with strong communication skills – written and oral
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Prior Administrative experience is an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Administration is an asset
- Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
- Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
