Responsibilities
- Support and grow an assigned customer territory
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Follow up on pre-qualified leads and drive new business
- Work closely with internal teams
- Help clients access the full Rocketline product suite
- Represent Rocketline with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights on account performance and market developments
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
- Experience or interest in business development, B2B sales, and account management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to assess market opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth
- Ability to analyze data effectively to support strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
