Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support our team in maintaining and cleaning various facilities. This role involves performing general cleaning, facilities maintenance, and supporting ongoing upkeep tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to quality work.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across commercial and industrial facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and preventative maintenance
- Support larger cleaning projects and deep cleaning initiatives as needed
- Ensure all work areas are safe, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety
Skills
- Experience in cleaning, including commercial cleaning environments preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and basic repair skills advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to completing assigned duties
Pay: $17.85-$29.68 per hour
