Responsibilities
- Safely operate personal vehicle to deliver fresh pizza orders to customers within designated areas.
- Safely operate company van to deliver frozen pizza orders to various retail locations southern Ontario
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm orders and address any questions or concerns.
- Handle food and delivery items with care, including heavy lifting when loading and unloading orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle, performing routine checks as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks such as moving supplies or inventory when not on delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently, including heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Experience in heavy lifting, moving, or using warehouse tools such as forklifts is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation and availability during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
