Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases efficiently
- Operate POS systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash and credit payments with precision and security
- Provide product information, conduct product demos when necessary, and upsell items to maximize sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks
- Uphold store policies on cash handling, security procedures, and customer service standards
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
