The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery- skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers. A comprehensive training and development experience that provides a thorough understanding of Scotiabank’s Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach. Your growth is our top priority, and you will be supported through formal web‑based and in‑person training, on‑the‑job learning, educational speaker events, professional development opportunities, and ongoing mentorship throughout the program.
Placement in a ScotiaMcLeod office to work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
