Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and discreet Undercover Loss Prevention specialist to help safeguard our retail environment. This role involves covertly monitoring store activities to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively. This position is essential in maintaining a safe shopping experience for customers and a secure working environment for staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct undercover surveillance within the store to detect suspicious activities or theft.
- Monitor CCTV footage and other surveillance systems to identify potential loss prevention issues.
- Collaborate with store personnel and law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
- Document incidents accurately and report findings in detailed reports for further action.
- Assist in developing loss prevention strategies based on observed patterns and data analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times during undercover operations.
Skills
- Prior experience or background in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV operation, and loss prevention methods.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to recognize suspicious behavior discreetly.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while conducting covert operations.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
