We're not just looking for an operator. We're looking for the right person.
Join a Team That Takes Pride in Quality Work
At Adrenaline Earthworks, we're looking for more than someone who can run a machine—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to contribute, and wants to build a long-term career.
We're a growing earthworks company built on hard work, accountability, teamwork, and respect. Our crew works together, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering quality work on every project.
If you're looking for a company where your attitude and work ethic matter just as much as your experience, we'd like to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Skid Steer Operator who:
- Takes pride in producing quality work.
- Arrives on time, prepared, and ready to work every day.
- Treats equipment as if it were their own.
- Works safely without constant supervision.
- Communicates respectfully with supervisors and coworkers.
- Understands that every task—large or small—contributes to the success of the project.
- Takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude.
Most importantly, you're a team player.
Around here, no one says, "That's not my job."
There will be times when you'll step out of the machine to help grade, shovel, spot equipment, complete labour tasks, or support another crew member. We work together to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate skid steers on commercial earthworks and construction sites.
- Perform grading, site preparation, trenching, material handling, and site servicing work.
- Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and supervisor direction.
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and promptly report mechanical concerns.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies, safe work procedures, and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience operating skid steers in earthworks, civil construction, or related industries.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Ability to perform physical labour when required.
- Commitment to working safely and maintaining a positive attitude.
What We Value
Experience is important.
Attitude is even more important.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable
- Honest
- Respectful
- Hard-working
- Coachable
- Positive
- Accountable
- Team-oriented
We believe great operators are known not only for their skill, but also for their professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to support the people around them.
What We Offer
- Competitive wages based on experience and competency.
- Year-round opportunities for the right candidate.
- Health and dental benefits.
- Modern, well-maintained equipment.
- Supportive leadership that values your input.
- Recognition for hard work through bonuses, company swag, gift cards, employee appreciation events, and team celebrations.
- Opportunities for advancement within a growing company.
Before You Apply
This position may not be the right fit if you:
- Frequently arrive late or miss work.
- Don't take care of equipment.
- Prefer working alone rather than as part of a team.
- Believe helping your teammates is "someone else's job."
- Are only looking for a temporary position.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow with Adrenaline Earthworks.
