Our portfolio includes heavy industrial bridges, parkades, stadiums, dock structures, Hollowcore flooring, rapid transit lines, and more.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete/ Precast Lead Hand to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
As the Concrete/ Precast Lead Hand, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Charge Hand the daily operations of the Finishing Area, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Repairing or resurfacing damaged concrete
- Sacking Precast panels and Girders
- Chipping Precast panels and Girders
- Griding Precast panels and Girders
- Patching Precast panels and Girders
- Power wash Precast panels and Girders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Concrete/ Precast Finishing.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience managing crews of 3 or more.
- Physically capable of lifting materials up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
