Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors, and provide general information about company services
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain daily calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and office documents
- Maintain client records, files, and perform accurate data entry tasks
- Process payments, issue receipts, and prepare basic invoices when required
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Coordinate with staff and clients to ensure smooth front desk operations
Qualifications:
- Must know how to operate Microsoft apps, Adobe Acrobat and Gmail.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and availability for the Business Hours.
