At Watson Exteriors, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team. Your job is simple. You'll meet homeowners, identify potential roofing needs, and help them through the insurance or replacement process. We provide the training, support, and systems you need to succeed.
No roofing experience? That's okay. We can teach you roofing. We can't teach work ethic, a positive attitude, or the drive to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
- Generate leads and schedule roof inspections.
- Build relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and keep organized records.
- Represent Watson Exteriors with professionalism and integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills.

- Self motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Sales experience isn't required, but will help

Compensation
This is an independent contractor position with uncapped commission.
Successful representatives commonly earn between $100,000 and $200,000+ per year, depending on performance. Your income is directly tied to your effort and results.
