Performance Exteriors Inc. is a residential exterior renovation company based in Coldwater, Ontario, serving Simcoe County and surrounding areas. We specialize in siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and full exterior renovations. We’re a tight-knit crew with high standards — we do the job right the first time, every time.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not training anyone. We’re hiring a proven tradesperson who is ready to hit the ground running. If you’ve spent real time on real job sites installing siding systems and eavestroughs and you hold a valid Working at Heights cert — we want to hear from you. If you’re still building your hours in the trade, this isn’t the right fit right now.
Mandatory Requirements — No Exceptions
- ⛔ Valid Working at Heights Certification (current)
- ⛔ Minimum 1–3 years direct siding and/or eavestrough installation experience
- Valid Class G Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Proficient with a full range of hand and power tools

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
