The Financial Services Manager plays a key role in the sales process by assisting customers with financing and insurance options, while ensuring compliance and maximizing dealership profitability. This individual will work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers
- Secure financing approvals through Ford Credit and other various lenders
- Advise customers of protection products
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with legal and dealership standards
- Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of financing, lending practices, and credit applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license, drivers abstract and a clear record of conduct
