Adecco is currently hiring a skilled and experienced
Customer Service Agent to work for our client in this remote opportunity! Our client is a world leading class action administration firm that has an experienced team of case managers, information technology experts, and notice administrators in Canada.
In this role you play a vital role in facilitating communication, managing claims, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions for affected individuals. This role requires a combination of customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Pay rate: $28.00/hour
- Location: Remote - anywhere in Canada
- Availability Required: 8:00am - 5:00am PST
- Job type: Temporary | full-time

Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous stream of customer concerns, as well as written queries and written customer solicitations
- Identify and resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Conduct in-depth research and capture all aspects of customer requests.
- Ensure that the content of oral and written communications meets the needs of the target audience.
- Work closely with the project support team.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift)
- Knowledge of class action litigation procedures, legal terminology, and settlement administration processes is an asset
- Must hold at least a Secondary School Diploma
- Must have experience with delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Experience working in a call centre or claims would be considered a strong asset.
