Advantage Speech Pathology Services is a clinician-led private practice in Niagara Falls, Ontario, proudly serving the Niagara region. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who values strong clinical support, realistic caseloads, and a clear path for growth within private practice. This role is primarily pediatric, with opportunities to work with adolescents and adults depending on clinician interest and experience.
As an independent contractor, you will enjoy clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team and dedicated administrative staff. You will manage your own schedule and client communication, with the resources and space you need to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based intervention
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct one-to-one therapy sessions at our Niagara Falls clinic and/or virtually
- Deliver services in community settings including homes, daycares, and schools as indicated
- Manage your own client scheduling and maintain clear communication with clients and families
- Formulate accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide families with resources, information, and home programs
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
- Contribute positively to a stable, team-based clinical environment
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registration in good standing with CASLPO 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred (newer clinicians with strong supervision needs encouraged to apply)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfort managing clients with behavioral challenges
- Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum is considered an asset Compensation
This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is based on a percentage of direct session fees, with earning potential of approximately $80–$100 per session depending on session length.
