RPI Consulting Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Relief Pharmacist for a short-term contract position at a retail pharmacy located 2 hours north of Prince George, BC.
Shift Dates: August 18th – 29th, 2026
Shift Times: Monday–Thursday & Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm; Friday: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm)
Support Team: 2 Pharmacy Assistants throughout the shifts
Compensation
- Rate: $90/hour
- Additional Coverage: Client covers accommodations, flights/mileage ($0.72/km), and pickup/drop-off from Prince George Airport.
Pharmacy Environment
Daily Prescription Volume: 170–200 Rx/day
- Support Team: 2 Pharmacy Assistants during the shift
Responsibilities
- Provide professional pharmacy services, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and clinical support.
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and pharmacy standards (College of Pharmacists of British Columbia).
- Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy assistants.
- Maintain accurate records using Kroll software.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting; familiarity with Kroll is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
