WHO WE ARE
Prolex Media is a creative collective that refuses to make boring branded content. We move fast, raise the bar constantly, and hold ourselves to a standard that most agencies won’t touch. If you’re the kind of person who’s always chasing better, we’ll give you everything you need to get there.
THE PILLAR
This pillar covers clients in property management, real estate development, wealth planning, insurance, and non-profit sectors. The vibe here is "Trust & Authority": content that is polished, credible, and built for audiences who are making high-stakes financial and lifestyle decisions. Every word and frame needs to earn trust and hold it.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who understands how regulated, relationship-driven industries communicate and who can make that communication feel human without losing its authority. You'll plan, create, and curate content; manage accounts; track performance; and help guide clients through strategy and creative decisions across a book of professional-sector clients.
This is a high-standards, fast-paced role. You'll juggle multiple brands, tight deadlines, and quick pivots while keeping creativity and accuracy sharp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and execute social media strategies that align with each client's goals and brand voice, creating content designed to build credibility, attract qualified leads, and retain client trust.
- Write, schedule, and optimize posts; plan scripts and shot lists for property walkthroughs, thought leadership videos, client testimonials, and community impact content.
- Curate and manage published content, engaging audiences and fostering professional communities.
- Monitor and analyze performance, pull accurate analytics, and adjust strategy based on data and trends.
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook audiences common in professional services.
- Provide excellent social customer service and on-site support during shoots, ensuring all required content is captured with the right level of polish.
- Occasionally create content directly (phone capture when needed).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A genuine understanding of professional and financial services industries. You know how to balance approachability with authority, and you understand why compliance and reputation matter.
- Detail-obsessed: whether it's spelling, numbers, or reporting, accuracy is non-negotiable. Especially when clients are in regulated industries.
- Confident with analytics: can interpret data and present clear, actionable insights to clients who expect professional-grade reporting.
- Resilient and polished under feedback or pushback; can guide discerning clients with confidence and tact.
- Thrives on multiple accounts, fast turnarounds, and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient but also a strong collaborator.
- Strong writer: you can make financial concepts feel approachable and real estate listings feel aspirational.
- Nice to have: experience with paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn), real estate or financial services content, or familiarity with regulated communications environments.
PERFORMANCE & GROWTH
Your success in this role is measured through clearly defined KPIs that covers content performance, account growth, client satisfaction, and strategic execution. Annual raises and bonus eligibility are directly tied to KPI achievement, rewarding people who consistently deliver results and grow with the business.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
- Growth-oriented: we hire for talent and help you build your career.
- Fun, tight-knit team with regular outings (from team dinners and games to extravagant holiday parties).
- Health spending account and inclusive, supportive leadership.
- Creative, no-drama environment with room to experiment and innovate, plus a very cute office dog.

Send us the handles of accounts you've managed (or a portfolio), plus your cover letter and resume. Bonus points if your portfolio includes real estate, financial services, insurance, or non-profit clients. Only qualified applicants will be contacted.
