Located in the Irving Building in Dieppe and reporting to the Director, Brokerage, this role is critical in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Data Analysis & Reporting Excellence:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools and dashboards to support Brokerage operations and strategic initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports, leveraging advanced data validation techniques
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams
- Leverage multiple systems and databases to create meaningful reports for leadership
Performance Monitoring & Insights:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Brokerage operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide proactive analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation and best practices
- Partner with IT and business teams to implement data integration and visualization tools
- Champion data governance and quality standards across Brokerage reporting systems
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and reporting deliverables
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support change management activities related to reporting enhancements and analytics adoption
Budget Development, Reporting & Tracking:
- Develop and maintain Brokerage budget models, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports for leadership review
- Monitor actuals versus budget, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Collaborate with Finance and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate budget submissions
- Support forecasting activities and provide insights to improve financial planning and resource allocation
