Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Laborer to join our team, supporting various construction, maintenance, and installation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform a variety of manual tasks efficiently. Duties
- Assist with construction, renovation, and repair projects by performing manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary equipment or materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for all team members
- Support team members with tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment; prior experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities within the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160.00-$300.00 per day
