Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Act as the strategic partner to the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development Team) Leader, supporting accountability for project Schedule, Cost, Quality, and Performance.
- Support sound decision-making aligned with operational needs and escalate issues when required.
- Develop, align, and maintain the project roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and manage dependencies within and across IPTs/PDTs.
- Consolidate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data related to Major Modifications, providing clear and meaningful insights into project progress.
- Manage project risks and opportunities (identification, assessment, mitigation, recovery plans, etc.) using established project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful execution.
- Establish and manage IPT/PDT governance while ensuring effective communication across project teams.
- Foster collaboration within the Project Management community by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- Technical background in aircraft development and commercial aviation operations. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Well organized, able to manage priorities effectively, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in and enthusiasm for the aerospace industry is considered an asset. Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Planisware.
