We are seeking a passionate part-time Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Edmonton to join our dynamic Pursuit of Motion team! As part of our collaborative multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing musculoskeletal (MSK) pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and stress-related tension.
Our patient-focused clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitative care, helping clients achieve optimal physical health through collaborative practices. As a part-time RMT, you will deliver therapeutic massage services, contribute to treatment planning, and work alongside physiotherapists and other health professionals to provide coordinated care that supports overall patient wellness.

Requirements
● Completion of a recognized massage therapy program and registration with a provincial regulatory body in Alberta (RMT license required)
● Current professional liability insurance
● Experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
● Ability to maintain accurate, detailed client records and charting, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-ups.
● Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
● Ability to maintain a clean, safe and professional treatment environment
● Self motivated, responsible and committed to patient-centered care
● Ability to work effectively actively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
● Conduct comprehensive client assessments and review medical histories to inform treatment plans
● Educate clients on self‑care practices and treatment recommendations
● Set realistic goals with clients for rehabilitation, pain management, or stress reduction
● Follow clinic policies, industry standards of practice, and regulatory guidelines for RMTs in Alberta
● Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
● Stay current with best practices, research, and clinical guidelines in massage therapy
