Rodd Grand Yarmouth is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher on the Part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences that keep our guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are kept clean and organized
- Sort and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors
- Store clean dishes and equipment in appropriate areas
- Receive and properly store deliveries and supplies
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Executive Chef
- Support overall cleanliness and functionality of kitchen and hotel areas
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication skill and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Physically capable of standing for extended period, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
