Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers quotations requests, needs inquires and concerns on a timely basis
- Process customers quotes and sales orders
- Source non-inventoried items to complete orders
- Pro-actively generate new sales leads and follow up with existing customers.
Position Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Capability to function efficiently in a fast pace work environment
- Previous metal related experience is a real asset
