Job Summary
We are seeking a Python Steel CNC Operator for an opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Holland Landing. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting Python-based programs or automation tools that support production, data processing, and system efficiency.

Candidates should be comfortable working an afternoon shift after completing daytime training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot Python scripts or programs used for automation, data processing, and operational tasks.
- Operate and monitor Python-based applications to ensure smooth daily execution and accurate output.
- Integrate Python scripts with databases, APIs, or third-party tools as required.
- Perform scheduled and on-demand program runs, verify results, and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
- Document code, workflows, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with IT, data, engineering, and production teams to improve efficiency through automation and process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate up to $30.00 per hour based on experience, including premium.
- Increase after 3 months.
- Afternoon shift starting at 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.
- Must be available to train from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
