Hybrid work options
Play a key role in supporting FCC’s corporate lending activities by helping manage complex lending portfolios and strengthening relationships with corporate clients. Acting as a trusted partner to the lending team, you’ll help deliver financing solutions to local corporate enterprises by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a high level of service throughout the loan lifecycle.
You’ll leverage your corporate lending administration experience to support loan approvals, documentation and ongoing portfolio management. Working closely with senior loan analysts and internal partners, you’ll help navigate complex financial structures while ensuring compliance with internal processes and external requirements.
Through strong relationship management, attention to detail and effective communication, you’ll help create a seamless client experience, support sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the corporate lending team.
Degree in business administration and at least three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Specialized knowledge of corporate lending and loan administration procedures
Understanding of syndication, inter-lender and securitization agreements, and similar financial arrangements
Ability to interpret complex financial statements to support data entry, account reviews and covenant testing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with financial institutions, legal partners or corporate clients in a lending environment
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
