We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-focused AZ Driver to join our growing team.
About the Role
As an AZ Driver, you will play a critical role in supporting our environmental and construction operations by safely transporting equipment, materials, and waste using a variety of commercial vehicles. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including:
- Dump trucks
- Roll-off trucks
- Flatbed trucks
- Other company vehicles as required
- Safely transport materials, equipment, and waste to and from job sites
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations and company safety policies
- Complete required documentation, including inspection reports and logbooks
- Support site operations and assist team members as required
- Maintain a professional and safety-first approach while representing the company
Qualifications
- Valid AZ Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations
- Experience operating dump trucks, roll-off trucks, flatbeds, or similar equipment is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
