Job Purpose
The Sales Supervisor runs the sales floor, supports and guides the team, and ensures the store is always ready and tasks are completed. They train staff, solve customer or operational issues, and help maintain a positive, professional environment. This role is Full-time hourly and based in Kitchener, ON.
Responsibilities
Lead the floor during your shift to make sure customers get great service
Support and coach Beauty Advisors and Inventory staff to build product knowledge, improve service, and stay focused on daily goals
Help with opening and closing the store and supporting team coverage
Make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready at all times
Step in to help solve customer issues or complaints
Train new team members on store routines, cash handling, safety and company policies.
Help with restocking, store organization, visuals and cashier (POS) when needed
Share feedback with the Store Manager on staff performance, inventory issues, and store needs
Ensures floor is properly stocked, assists with cycle counts, flags shelf gaps, supports Inventory Specialist
Follow up on store tasks and make sure team members complete what’s assigned
Contribute to a positive, fun, and professional team environment
Leads the team in maintaining merchandising standards on the floor. Keeps displays tidy, shelves organized, and supports resets during promotions or seasonal changes. Flags merchandising issues to leadership
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
1+ years of retail experience
Experience leading a team preferred
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Work Conditions
FT availability required
Must be available for opening, closing times, weekends and holidays shifts
Flexibility to provide floor coverage if understaffed
