Position Overview
We are a premier medical aesthetics clinic seeking a skilled, autonomous, and professional Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. This hybrid position is designed for an advanced practice nurse who excels in providing high-quality, patient-centered cosmetic treatments and efficient virtual medical clearances.This role offers an exceptional balance of hands-on clinical practice and flexible, remote telemedicine hours to seamlessly integrate into your professional schedule.
Schedule & Clinical Availability
The schedule is structured to align with clinic volume and patient consultation demands:
- In-Clinic Injecting: 1 to 2 days per week (schedule arranged based on mutual availability and bookings) with flexibility.
- Virtual Assessments: 2 to 3 times per week, structured in convenient 2 to 4-hour blocks to support our telehealth consultation flow.

- Assessment Commissions: Earn a dedicated commission on every virtual patient assessment completed.
- In-Clinic Treatment Commissions: Earn up to a 25% commission rate for patients treated directly within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Aesthetic Injections: Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators with precision, maintaining the highest standards of safety and aesthetic excellence.
- Telehealth Medical Clearances: Conduct efficient, secure remote video consultations to evaluate patient eligibility and medically clear individuals for treatment.
- Clinical Documentation: Review detailed medical histories, assess contraindications, and formulate customized care plans within our digital EMR platform (JaneApp).
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and continuity of care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
- Advanced certification and proven clinical experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables.
- Proficiency with digital health technologies, secure telehealth platforms, and EMR software.
- Excellent clinical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional bedside manner.
Pay: $28.37-$145.57 per hour
