Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Studio Assistant & Service Provider Body Sugarist to join our wellness and beauty team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing body Sugaring treatments, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting retail sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Perform body sugaring treatments with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area before, during, and after services
- Educate clients on available services, retail products, and aftercare instructions
- Support retail sales by recommending products suited to client needs
- Assist with studio operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Uphold all sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety
- Contribute to a positive studio atmosphere by being attentive, professional, and approachable
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Certification or training in body Sugaring is highly desirable; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within personal care environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the studio’s welcoming environment
