Overview
The Guelph Family Health Team (FHT) is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our finance function on a 1-year contract. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a not-for-profit or healthcare environment and is comfortable managing full-cycle bookkeeping.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will maintain accurate financial records, support reporting and audits, and ensure compliance with government funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping in a collaborative healthcare organization
- Exposure to government-funded, not-for-profit financial processes
- Supportive, team-based environment
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience (full-cycle)
- Sage 50 proficiency (required)
- Experience in not-for-profit and/or government-funded environments is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
