Senior Prepress Operator
Our commercial print company is looking for an experienced Senior Prepress Operator to join our team, working within our Kodak Prinergy Workflow environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and versatile, comfortable with everything from color correction to imposition and client proofing. Responsibilities
- Preflight files for print readiness
- Build impositions using Preps and Pitstop
- Apply strong knowledge of print production (trapping, screen angles, rich blacks, coatings, die-lines)
- Create and review proofs/mock-ups for client approval
- Revise client files in Adobe Creative Suite and Pitstop
- Handle form and direct mail work
- Support IT tasks: software updates, troubleshooting, and Prinergy maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of prepress experience in commercial print
- High proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, trapping, and imposition
- Experience with Kodak Prinergy Workflow
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $28.00-$37.00 per hour
