Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction or maintenance projects by performing manual tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe working environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as holding materials or tools during work
- Operate simple hand tools and machinery as needed under supervision
- Assist in setting up work areas, including preparing surfaces and materials for use
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure personal and team safety
- Perform other manual tasks as assigned to support project completion
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Prior experience in construction, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to team goals
