Sales Coordinator / High-Ticket Sales Representative
You Glow Aesthetics is looking for a confident, motivated, and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys connecting with people, and has experience closing high-ticket packages.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with new and existing leads Follow up with potential clients by phone, text, and email Book and confirm consultations Explain our treatments, packages, and financing options Understand each client’s goals and recommend suitable treatment packages Build trust and provide an excellent client experience Handle objections confidently and professionally Close sales and consistently meet monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in presenting and closing high-ticket packages Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable following up with leads and handling objections Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum one year of sales experience preferred Previous experience in sales, beauty, aesthetics, or the medical spa industry is considered an asset
Compensation:
Compensation are combination of 21$ hourly or commission based (The higher of both)
Commission ranges from 10% to 15%, offering strong earning potential for the right candidate.
