Fresh and Flawless Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Greater Victoria. We built this business on doing the work properly and treating clients like people, not accounts. We are currently bringing on experienced independent cleaners to join our growing roster, and we want professionals who take real pride in the standard of their work.
This is an independent contractor position, meaning you set the pace of your own business within ours. There is no hovering, no daily check-ins, and no one second-guessing your process. You know how to clean a home well. We trust that.
What the Work Looks Like
- Cleaning private residences throughout Greater Victoria to a consistent, high standard
- Working through client homes independently, managing your time and your workflow
- Communicating with our team as needed between jobs using your smartphone
- Adapting to different home environments, including those with pets
- Representing Fresh and Flawless in a way that reflects quality and professionalism at every visit
What We Are Looking For
- At least one year of paid, professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
- A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
- Your own cleaning equipment and products, ready to go from day one
- Comfort working in homes with animals
- A smartphone with consistent internet access
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check prior to starting
- Someone who values independent work and holds themselves accountable
What This Role Offers
This position is non-exclusive, so you are free to take on other clients outside of Fresh and Flawless. Start dates are immediate for the right candidates.
We will be direct with you: a full schedule is not guaranteed from the first week. What we do offer is a genuine opportunity to build a steady, recurring client base with a company that has the reputation and the volume to back it up.
On the compensation side, you keep every dollar of any tip a client leaves. Gas allowance is available depending on your distance from job locations. Beyond that, you are your own boss on the job. No micromanagement, no scripts, no unnecessary interference.
