Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering responsibilities with precision.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling protocols.
- Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Manage cash handling duties including processing payments, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with health regulations.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness to guests’ needs.

Pay: $17.65-$18.00 per hour
